Do you know a Powerful Kid? A Powerful Kid is any kid who does something special to stay healthy, physically or mentally. Perhaps he practices proper nutrition and exercises. Maybe she pushes a lawnmower around an elderly neighbor's home. Maybe he hides under his covers with a flashlight, studying when he's supposed to be sleeping. Every kid has a powerful story and we'd like to hear them all. Something engaging. Something heartwarming. Something inspirational. Something that makes you proud of them, which you'd like to share with the community.

These powerful stories should be no longer than 150 words – and in the words of the parent or legal guardian who has noticed the child's efforts and has been moved by their hard work.

Then, from the Powerful Kid him or herself, we'd also like a photograph or short video (no longer than sixty seconds) depicting what they've done to earn such admiration. From these essays, photographs and videos, we'll select three Powerful Kids to receive a Digital Makeover, and one grand prize winner will win an Extreme Digital Makeover!

1. Go to www.PowerfulKidCare.org, click on the purple [ENTER HERE] button, and fill out the entry form completely.
2. Provide a short essay (no more than 150 words) in the space provided on the entry form. Tell us why your child is a powerful kid.
3. Shoot and upload the child's video or a photograph of the child that shows us what he or she does to stay healthy, physically or mentally.
4. Upload a separate photograph of the child (such as a school photo). Even if you provide a photograph of the child that shows us what he or she does to stay healthy (as mentioned in Step 3), we need a separate photo, of the child's face.
